Hana Maclean Funk
Senior Associate | Architect, AIA
As an Aspen native, Hana is passionate about fusing natural elements, architecture, and advanced technological systems in her designs. Drawing inspiration from the raw landscape and the principles of biomimicry, she continually seeks innovative ways to integrate nature and design.
A graduate of CU Boulder, Hana's career at Poss spans nearly a decade, during which she has worked on both residential and commercial projects. She is dedicated to prioritizing her clients' needs, delivering quality design, and ensuring that each project complements the surrounding native environment.
Her deep roots in Aspen have led Hana to become highly engaged in the community. Since 2015, she has volunteered with The Buddy Program, and she has been involved with The Aspen Institute since 2012. Hana has also contributed her time to coaching the Aspen High School Swim Team and was honored as the 2017 Best Volunteer by The Aspen Times.
When she's not immersed in architecture, you'll likely find her hitting the slopes, hiking up them, or traveling the world.
