This custom mountain home in Aspen, Colorado is a refined expression of residential architecture that blends classic mountain lodge elements with a clean, contemporary sensibility. From the front, the design introduces a welcoming presence through steep gable rooflines, natural stone, and warm wood detailing, anchoring the home in with a traditional alpine architecture aesthetic.
Around back, the residence opens dramatically to expansive outdoor living and entertaining spaces. A sweeping multi-level deck wraps around a pool and hot tub, while outdoor fireplaces, dining areas, and lounge zones foster year-round use. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the rear elevation flood the interiors with light and frame panoramic views of the surrounding forest.
